Summary Job Description:
Client Service Associates add to the success of Netchex by supporting clients in their day to day interface with them. People with high energy, excellent customer service skills and an understanding of Payroll and/or Human Resources will be a valuable asset. In the position of Client Service Associate you will be responsible for all aspects of the client experience including – training on our proprietary web based software, assisting clients with issues or questions, running their payroll and related reports through our web based platform and general client relations support.
Duties:
- Establishes client set-up by studying sales order, implementation specifications, and documentation.
- Amends system with client feedback by installing codes; establishing logs; initiating ledger accounts.
- Maintains relationship with client by troubleshooting issue; upgrading system; calling for technical assistance.
- Prepares system operators by conducting training.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Problem Solving, Technical Zeal, Customer Service, Help Desk Experience, Attention to Detail, Productivity, Software Maintenance, Operating Systems, System Administration.
Salary: USD 28000 – 34000 Per Year
