The Netchex headquarters were teeming with activity and excitement this month as our team celebrated one of our favorite holidays – National Payroll Week!
Netchex pulled out all of the stops this year with several accredited webinars for our clients, a slew of team-building games and events for our employees and one awesome party for clients and employees alike to celebrate our partnership.
“We celebrate National Payroll Week to show appreciation for the clients we support and for the loyal Netchex associates that work hard every day to make us so successful,” said Netchex CEO Will Boudreaux.
In our second year celebrating this national event, Netchex focused on delivering quality education to our clients and enlivening our team members with some good-natured competition. The results were phenomenal.
With six webinars certified for continuing education credits, our clients received valuable information delivered to them straight from our Netchex associates. We covered everything from FLSA Principles to Health Care Reform in order to give our clients a broad scope of seminars pertinent to their daily lives. Netchex was proud to offer these beneficial courses, furthering our mission to make providing first-class education for our clients a highest priority.
“For our clients, we love making them aware that while we do this every day, we can take our service pride up a level and really focus on educating them on our vision,” Boudreaux said. “We want to ensure they know how critical they are to not only our success, but to their company’s success as well.”
Internally, Netchex employees enjoyed an active week of company breakfasts and lunches (cooked up by our executive team,) competitive and fun group games, inspiring speeches and a scavenger hunt that had the entire staff racing from one challenging clue to the next.
Through all of the competitions, the Netchex team worked and laughed together, forming an even more cohesive and supportive environment here at the Netchex headquarters.
“The week gives our executive team an opportunity to recognize all Netchex associates for the hard work and dedication to our mission as a company,” Boudreaux said. “From payroll games to the Friday BBQ, the entire week of fun and recognition is designed to let them know just how much we appreciate them.”
Finally, we were proud to cap off the week with a celebration that brought the Netchex team together with our valued clients. Our client appreciation party provided an opportunity for us to meet and mingle with the neighbors we serve each week. With food, drinks, music and lots of laughter, the gathering was lots of fun for all of those in attendance.
“Payroll Week was a huge success and a great time for all of those involved,” Boudreaux said. “It’s a yearly highlight for our company, to be able to connect with our clients and thank our employees in such a way. We look forward to doing it all again next year!”
